John Hart
John Hart has 20 years of experience in the Construction Industry working with government, municipal, and private sectors. He attended Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science in 1983. In 1983, John joined Gibson Hart Company where he served as Vice-President. During his eight years with the firm, John gained experience working on several industrial/commercial projects including the Marlin Texas Veteran Hospital Boiler Replacement, Whiteman AFB Power Plant Expansion, and the Department of Navy Turbine Installation at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard.
From 1991 through 1997, John was President of JG Hart Company. John gained valuable experience in marketing and all aspects of business management and administration. He worked on several key projects which included the Department of Air Force Boiler Replacement Offutt AFB and a Boiler installation for Kansas State University under the direction of the state of Kansas.
Lastly, from 1997 to 2003, John worked for Environmental Mechanical and Commercial Mechanical Incorporated. This experienced allowed John to gain working knowledge and valuable experience in the HVAC and commercial piping industry. His duties included scope writing, project estimating, scheduling, project management and project closeout. Projects included work at General Motors, Honeywell and the EPA Region 7 Lab in Kansas City, Kansas.
